This contemporary style townhome offers easy ski access to Aspen’s premier ski mountain. This centrally located 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath Residence is perfect for those looking to be in close proximity to downtown Aspen. It’s a one block walk to Lift 1A and you can finish your day by skiing down right across the street from the townhome.  
  
Access all 4 levels of this townhome via elevators! It features an open living area with stunning views from the kitchen and living room of Red Mountain, Smuggler Mountain and Aspen Mountain. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite and stone counter tops, stainless steel appliances, 4 burner gas stove, two wine coolers, trash compactor, and a breakfast bar with seating for 4. There is a powder room located right off the kitchen area. The built-in dining room nook off the living room has a table with seating for 6. The living room is open and bright. After a long day on the mountain, get cozy by the gas fireplace and watch your favorite movie on the flat screen tv. There is a small patio off the living room area with a cocktail table and seating for 4 to enjoy the fresh mountain air.  
  
The townhome also features two primary bedroom suites – each with its own walk-in closet, smart screen TV’s, gas fireplace and en-suite bathrooms with TV, double vanity, steam shower and jetted tub. The third bedroom offers plenty of sleep options with a queen bed, bunk with twin beds, en-suite bathroom, a private entrance and mudroom for ski and outdoor gear with sitting area. Additional amenities include partial AC, a detached two-car garage, elevator, Wi-Fi, office w/ TV and Sonos.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were so lucky to have found this property. The location, views, and amenities (giant laundry room, garage, clean furniture, new kitchenware, etc.) made our stay so comfortable that we regretted the vacation coming to an end. The owner and property management team were available and responsive, if ever needed. We cannot wait to return.
