Recently remodeled with newer kitchen including granite and stainless, new bathrooms, new floors and Large Screen (65") Smart TV allowing you to stream all of your favorite programs. This 3 level private town home has outstanding river views, decks over the river, privacy, parking for 2 vehicles, and old Aspen charm. It is the end unit of a 4 unit townhome complex. Hop on your bicycle and access the Rio Grande Trail right out your front door. Easily walk to Aspens restaurants and shops or the lifts. Gated access to the Rio Grand Trail, Rio Grand Park, and Heron Park.
