It is architecturally designed to give guests a unique vantage point and incomparable views from private balconies on all three levels. Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, 315 Park Avenue is within walking distance to hiking trails, parks, and downtown Aspen. Additionally, this property is on the free town shuttle route (RFTA), with a stop steps away from the driveway. Summer visitors enjoy natural cooling from the river and the plentiful trees shading the property. This home also has air conditioning. For winter guests and ski enthusiasts, the house is 75 feet from the bus stop which will transport you to the Silver Queen gondola. Guests are welcomed by an entry hall with a large boot room and a neighboring office. Also on the entry-level, the primary bedroom impresses with its balcony overlooking the river, gas fireplace, flat screen TV, large walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and steam shower. The upstairs level is an entertainer delight. The chef's kitchen features beautiful granite countertops and high-end appliances, a powder room, a formal dining area, a grand living room with a gas fireplace, and a balcony with river and Aspen Mountain views. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a home gym, and a laundry room. The private hot tub has stunning views of the river flowing directly toward the home, framed by aspen and cottonwood trees with Aspen Mountain towering in the distance. Guests have access to two off-street parking spaces.
