Jul 13, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities 今風の海外系列のスタイルなのでしょうが、フロントでは現金による支払いはできず、バスに浴槽はありません。目の前にある阿蘇駅のレストランも隣の温泉浴場も早々に閉まります（近くにコンビニはありますが）。接客が丁寧で施設はとても清潔で快適で、いろんなものを快く貸し出してくれますしミソスープとかが取り放題の軽食スペースも便利です。気持ちよく利用するには温泉が閉まる前にチェックインするとか計画を立て、スタイルを理解して利用するといいと思います。 ##### ?? Hotellet erbjuder inte frukost men det är fint ordnat så att man själv enkelt kan värma egen frukost, dygnet runt affär runt hörnet. Room very large, definitely a Western feel but with some Japanese features (eg sliding doors separating living compartments). As with most Japanese hotels it has no cupboards! Large lounge for heating/eating food which was great and cheap washing facilities too.
