Launch your boat at the Canoe Creek Boat Launch, 1.5 miles away and spend your days fishing or boating on beautiful Lake Neely Henry! There is plenty of boat parking on the property and this is a great home base for fishing tournaments. The Shiny Tiny is the owner's guesthouse, 200' from the main home, and shares a driveway, pier and yard with them - privacy, but nearby assistance should you need it! The Shiny Tiny features a Master Bedroom on the main level with quality linens and comfy memory foam queen bed. A convenient fold down computer desk, perfect for remote work or learning, is located in the bedroom, away from the living area. Dedicated Wireless internet is available throughout the home. The bedroom also has a 32' smart tv, under bed storage drawers, a ceiling fan, fold down luggage rack & small closet & dresser. A cute full Bath with European shower, vanity & toilet is just off the bedroom. The Full Kitchen & cozy Living Room have a vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan & french doors to the private screened porch. The yellow ottoman in the living room unfolds to a 72" twin for extra sleeping options. The Kitchen has built-in 24" oven, microwave, 4 burner induction cooktop, large sink, Keurig, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, granite & wood counters & eating bar with seating for 4\. The Living room has a small comfortable sectional couch. Play games, converse, watch a movie, read or relax, with an electric fireplace, 60" smart TV & ceiling fan. The screened porch overlooks the pastural yard & has a ceiling fan, comfortable furnishings & dining table for two. There is a loft with two twin beds, 4' ceiling and is accessible by a moveable ship's ladder - cozy for kids! The loft has an additional portable air conditioner to keep it cool & comfortable even during the hottest months. The Shiny Tiny is pet friendly with huge yard where friendly, obedient pups are welcome to play off lead. New in 2023 - a fenced dog yard with 32" high fencing, accessible by pups via ramp from the screened porch (suitable for small - medium pups.) Stroll down to the lake for a swim off the dock, kayaking (ask us to borrow ours!) or boating (byoboat!) - gaze at a night sky hosting a million stars - not visible with city lights! We are rural, with one internet provider to choose from & signal can, on occasion, be spotty. If the internet or television is your #1 priority during your visit, just understand this. There is a small washer/dryer that will accomate most needs. Bulky items, like bedding, we will launder at the main house. Please remember, though comfortable, this is a true Tiny home. Everything is smaller than in big homes & in the spirit of minimalism we ask that you conserve wherever possible. We only stayed for one night but it was perfect for us to rest our heads for one night. Had everything we needed PLUS! Enjoyed a short time around the fire pit and relaxation. Snacks for the kids, drinks in the fridge, coffee and the best homemade banana bread I’ve ever had! The house was a super cute tiny house. The kids loved the loft and the puppy loved the porch and fenced in area. We had an amazing time hiking at Noccalula Falls. ##### Makahla M. Shannon has thought of everything right down to the snacks, drinks and wonderful banana bread. We felt at home as soon as we walked in ,everything needed to cook a quick meal and enjoyed the stars around the fire. I wish we could have stayed longer it was just an over night stay for us. My favorite about it was the screened-in porch. It also had a big open field for my dog to run. It was very well stocked with everything you needed. Shannon responded very quickly to the text, she is a wonderful host and she also made us yummy banana bread and provided snacks. Very peaceful and quiet. It is thoughtfully stocked with almost anything you might need during your stay. Unfortunately the path leading to the lake is not usable for older individuals like myself. The lake is at least 100' down a steep incline and I knew there was no way I could go up or down with no rail to hold onto. The rental is in a secluded area and the stars are brilliant! ##### Cathy M S. Perfect location and secluded at the end of the drive. Beautiful property and so quiet. The weather was warm enough the first night we stayed and we enjoyed some time on the screened porch. Temperature dropped the next day so we retreated to the living room and enjoyed sitting by the electric fireplace that heats the place so nicely! Shannon’s description in the listing is spot on and she has the kitchen very well stocked with everything needed to make your stay so comfortable. We’ve stayed in tiny homes before but this place is decorated so thoughtfully it really does feel like home! We know we will be back to visit again and this is where we will stay in the future! Shannon went above and beyond with decorating for our Anniversary which was a surprise for my husband. I loved that there were 2 TVs so my husband could watch football and I didn't have too lol. When everyone says they could live on the porch. They aren't exaggerating. I could have seriously lived on it. Bed super Comfortable and kitchen is great. Adorable bathroom. Decor is so inviting. My wife, our senior dog, and myself had the pleasure of staying here in late June. We loved it! It was so relaxing. They provide tons of little extra amenities - delicious homemade banana bread, coffees, creamers, snacks, candy, band aids, etc. In the mornings, we sat on the porch with coffees while our dog let herself out of the doggy door, down the ramp, to play in the pen. So Convenient! We spent an afternoon on the dock, floating on peaceful lake Henry Neely. Music playing, soaking up the sun shine. There were plenty of floats to choose from, all in good shape. I brought my fishing poles & picked up some minnows from the gas station/liquor store up the street. While we were floating, I also had a few lines in the water. My wife had all the luck. She caught 6 catfish vs. my 2\. All swam away healthy. This place is perfect for weekend getaways or longer if you want more time to explore. I can’t wait to come back with my boat! We like the fact that it has a large yard and private road to walk on as well as a small fenced area as we travel with our dog. Shannon is very responsive when needed.
