Enjoy a sparkling saltwater pool (open mid-May to September), a relaxing year-round hot tub, and plenty of space for up to 8 guests in this comfortable 3-bedroom retreat. Step into a space designed for comfort and connection. The kitchen features elegant quartz countertops and plenty of room to cook and prepare meals. The dining room seats eight guests, perfect for family dinners or game nights. In the spacious living room, vaulted ceilings and an electric fireplace create a cozy atmosphere for relaxing after a day of exploring or enjoying cooler evenings. On the first floor, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed, as well as a full bathroom. Upstairs, the master suite offers a king bed, TV, and desk — ideal for guests who need a quiet space to work or unwind. The partially finished basement is your ultimate fun zone, featuring a pull-out full-size couch (perfect for two kids or one adult), a foosball table, and two arcade games for some friendly competition. Basement Bonanza Step back in time with our retro Nintendo setup, complete with 620 classic games and two controllers. To play: on the TV, go to the Home Screen and select the Gaming Console. Arcade Adventure Take on Pac-Man and Mortal Kombat in the arcade, or enjoy a cozy game night with our collection of board games — there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Pet-Friendly Up to two dogs are welcome for a flat $125 fee per stay. Requests for additional dogs may be approved for an extra $100 fee. NO cats allowed. Pool Details The pool is open seasonally from May 15 to October 12 (weather permitting). Pool heating is available for $75 per night. If you notice any discoloration or green tint in the pool, please message us right away so we can resolve it promptly. We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you! If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!
