Located in the historic railroad district, walking distance to everything Ashland has to offer, including OSF, shops, spas, Lithia Park, and amazing restaurants. It is located on a lovely, quiet residential street. We welcome guests to spacious, fresh rooms and wonderful outdoor spaces. We have stayed at many places -- motels out by the freeway, hotels in town, B&Bs, but this place has been our favorite. We have been coming here for the last 8 years or so, this year for four nights. The property could not have been more perfect for our group of eight (three moms, five kids aged 6-10). We appreciated the big front yard and huge covered porch, where the kids could run around, play board games, and get the wiggles out, the proximity to everything (we never drove anywhere, just walked), and how clean and inviting everything was. The beds were COMFORTABLE. Three bathrooms! All with showers! We are already planning our next visit. We had one minor challenge with check-in (not getting the door code in advance) but Sugar was so responsive and friendly and continued to check in with us during our stay. ##### Rebecca E. Cottage had all we (4 adults) needed and was within a half mile of theaters and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the front porch in the quiet neighborhood.
