Both times the kitchen was well stocked with anything you would ever need. The entire house was neat, clean, and organized. A wonderful place to stay with family or friends and visit the surrounding area and all it has to offer. The building was newly renovated, comfortable and attractive. There are three miles of mowed trails. The property is lovely, lots of deer, birds and ducks. It is private with little light pollution, giving you a wonderful view of the stars and planets. The Milky Way was brilliant. We had plenty of space. If you like nature, this is your place. My kids love animals and love to be outdoors. Plenty of mowed trails to walk along. We saw deer, turkeys, otters, many bird species and a turtle showed up in the back yard. We would definitely book again. It is close to Ashland, Bayfield and Madeline Island.
