Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in Ashland Oregon. Nestled in the heart of Southern Oregon, Ashland is a vibrant and culturally rich town known for its stunning natural beauty, thriving arts scene, and welcoming community. Home to the world-renowned Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Ashland offers a unique blend of small-town charm and cosmopolitan flair. Residents enjoy easy access to outdoor adventures in the surrounding mountains, forests, and nearby Emigrant Lake.  
  
Property has one shared wall, heavily insulated, with no sound going between spaces.  
  
The gas to the fireplace is turned off from early May to late October every year. The fireplace is unavailable during that time.
