The new owners have put in two wonderful patio decks with awesome fire pits, perfect to enjoy an Ashland evening. The place is an easy walk to downtown and the Railroad District. The living area is comfortable with a small gas fireplace. The layout works well for two couples or a family. It is not large but the lay out gives a good separation between the master bedroom and the other two smaller bedrooms. The kitchen is provided with all the basics including lovely wine glasses which can be used to sip the excellent Chardonnay from the owner’s winery. My only suggestion is that the owner needs to provide a written “guide” to the house which is standard in rentals: how to turn on the fireplace; what do we need to do when we vacate the property and so forth. Also some information about what to do in Ashland- recommended restaurants, etc. We have been to Ashland many, many times but for the first time visitor, all of that is very helpful. Very nice location. Close to downtown Ashland. Noble Coffee shop right across the street. Very few hangers. Had to go to Bimart to purchase more. Kitchens were both well stocked with glasses and cooking items. The beds were cozy and comfortable. We walked around Ashland the house is located in the middle of all there is to see in town.
