As super host in last 3 years and almost all 5-star reviews, we hope you give us a chance to serve you. 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom space with Wi-Fi Kitchen: Full kitchen with all the essentials: a microwave, dishwasher, full size stove, oven, cooking utensils, Refrigerator with separate fridge, water dispenser, and coffee maker. Living room/Entertainments: 65 in Smart qled TV with karaoke entertainment system. Pool Table; Couches (one that can pull out to be a bed) Mahjong. Playing cards with automatic shuffler! Amazon Alexa Echo Show 8 Wireless printer. Bedrooms: Two of the rooms comes with TV’s. Queen Size Mattresses. Alexa Echos in each room LED light strips. Electrical heaters. Additional tall queen size air mattress. Bathroom: Hair dryers. Various Towels. Other Amenities: Smart Washer and Dryer. Water Filter Free WiFi. Kitchen Aid 2 burn Propane BBQ grill Heating: We use furnace and electric heaters to heat our home. Great News about Water Quality: As of December 14 2022, we installed Culligan most advanced water filtration system, a 14k dollar investment, and the water is cleaner and clearer. There is NO MORE copper color water in our cabin. We do provide some bottled water and Dispenser. Snow: In the winter, you may encounter snow so please be prepared with AWD and/or tire chains Our driveway is flat, though can be icy. We try and keep it plowed as often as we can, but there may be times that you'll need to drive in snow and ice. Power Outages: Every once in a while, the power goes out in Ashford during a heavy winter storm. We have Portable Generator, propane heater keep you warm, but we do also provide bottled water, a propane stove (with propane) and lanterns/flashlights just in case this happens. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of towels and blankets. Pots & Pans are well used. We only slept in the master but the bed was comfy. Place was very clean. Neighborhood is quiet and private Yard is fenced for fido. Lots of games and things to do for a family or group.Owners are responsive, helpful and very kind. GPS will take you to the next street over and it will get confusing! So when inputting the address, DO NOT INCLUDE "CT". trust me on this. The inside also seemed to be a state of somewhat incomplete renovation.The furnishings inside the home are eclectic. There is a lot of gadgetry that is powered by a great deal of extension cords that are twisted around screws and taped to walls and ceilings. An attempt was made to take a hinged door and change it into a barn door, leaving the opening to the master bathroom and the contents and or people therein rather exposed. In the laundry room is a dog door that is large enough for an adult to crawl through that is always open. There is a lock on the laundry room door, but it is on the same side as the dog door. There is no way to secure the home. Bottom line - This home provided a place to stay that was very convenient to Mt. Rainier National Park. It offered 3 bedrooms, each with a full-sized bed. The home could comfortably hold 6 people. (There is a sliding couch bed, but it will not stay together and there was no clean bedding.) The appliances were very nice and in good working order. We were there two nights and even with the issues I mentioned earlier, we were comfortable enough. The price was reasonable, and checkout expectations were very easy. ##### Julie G. Several windows were unlocked when we arrived, which we locked. There is a medium-large dog door in laundry room which does not lock/couldn’t be closed from what we could tell. Lots of space, comfortable and clean beds, fun games and very creative extension cord wiring and lighting (a bit scary). Very nice sound system and karaoke set up! We just couldn’t figure out how to change the language-instructions would have been helpful. No kitchen linens were available (hand towels, etc) and kitchen sponge was very used (ick). Other than that we were happy, comfortable and enjoyed the clean environment. Very good value for the amount of space and price for being so close to the park. ##### Susan M. I highly recommend this property as a base for exploring the beautiful Mt. Rainier National Park. This cabin was perfect for us on our autumn trip. Mark has provided everything that a guest might need, including a well-stocked kitchen and pantry. Once we opened the door, we were set. This is especially important in such a rural area. Additionally, the layout of the cabin is great with bedrooms on opposite ends and living space between, including a game area which was fun.
