The bathroom was full size with amenities. A lovely touch was the provided area guide with local restaurants, hikes, and amenities.The property manager, Greg, was truly exceptional. Around 9 PM, I turned on the shower and realized the water wasn’t hot. I messaged the host immediately, but received no call back and only short replies through messaging. The host did not come to the property and provided no effective assistance other than asking us to check the breaker box ourselves outside in the dark. After over an hour with no solution and no running hot water, I had to rinse off quickly with lukewarm water. I was shivering and had to go to bed to warm up myself. My husband was unable to wash his hair at all.We understand it’s a small water heater, but we did not overuse it. There was no mention of these limitations in the listing, and the lack of on-site support made this a stressful and unpleasant experience.
