Park 2 cars onsite. RIVER ARTS HOME - Cozy, comfortable, close to everything you’re coming to Asheville to see. This newly renovated home is close to everything! Walk to Downtown Asheville, the South Slope Brewery District and the Depot Street Arts District. The Biltmore Estate is only 2 miles away (5-minute drive.) The right half of the house is the peaceful bedroom wing. The left side has an open plan living/dining/kitchen with center island where friends and family can gather. Just outside the kitchen is a large deck (with gas grill) that overlooks the peaceful quarter-acre grassy back yard. Nighttime views of distant city lights wrap around all sides of the deck. A short walk brings you to Depot Street with all its art studios, shops, coffeehouses, breweries, restaurants, bars and music halls. Downtown and the South Slope (15-20 minute walk, or a short drive) are famous for restaurants and bars and breweries, shops and museums – and too many things to list here.
