Generally quiet neighborhood except there’s a bit of a trailer park just up the hill and I don’t think a single car going up or down had a muffler, but they all seemed to own a barking dog. Property is as-advertised, although fireplace wasn’t working for my stay (not really needed though). Bed a bit squeaky but comfy enough. This would be a great option for a family as house was kitted out with toys and such for the kids. ##### Michael S. Walkable to Montreat, walkable to downtown Black Mountain. Friendly neighbors. Well appointed, clean, kitchen. Second floor deck with mountain view. Fenced back yard, with firepit.
