This house was immaculate and provided plenty of room for all 10 of us. Lots of open space for hanging out, but also ample rooms for privacy when you need a break from the fun. We enjoyed the large hot tub and fire pit. The host was very responsive and provided all the essential house supplies. My only caution is the driveway. Property manager was responsive and helpful! As others listed, the driveway is extremely steep (almost didn’t make it in our brand new mini-van). Would be very challenging in a car without a lot of power (and some delivery people wouldn’t come up the driveway). Also internet was spotty-which was an issue as the TVs work off of internet, which was out periodically throughout our stay. It was just the 2 of us but we found it very comfortable. Was a little disappointed the sauna is not set up yet and the hot tub was serviced during our short stay so we didn’t use those features. It is about 20 minute drive into Asheville but there are plenty of grocery stores and shops to stock up the house. The view is great and the setting is peaceful.
