Only stayed overnight but the room was pretty clean overall a little outdated staff was super accommodating they even noticed the room next to us was being a little loud so they changed our room up on check in

Well I couldn’t get in for about 30 min because the doors are locked at night. No one would answer the phone so I stood outside trying to check into my room after a 16 hour work day for 30 min

The property is in a convenient location but the rooms and condition of the hotel overall are showing their age. The hotel had a very strange funky odor throughout. The bedding and sheets while clean were stained.

Everything was very good except dog in next room started howling and barking at 4:30am until I left around 8:30am . When booking room nothing about dogs alowed. Would really like my money back!!

Bad management, bad rooms. The bathroom door would not close, homeless people living in car in parking lot. Management smoking outside door of rhe smoke free hotel....

Extended Stay
This is predominantly an extended stay property. Many of the little niceties, like a hair dryer, coffee maker and the like are not here. It was clean and comfortable, and they will give you what you ask for at the front desk. the front desk is closed from 11 PM to 7 AM. They give you a number to call for immediate needs. i did not need it, but if that's a concern for you, there you are.

Was not aware the front desk was not staffed 24 hours, and check in took about 25 minutes from the time I got there, and I had to call the number 4 times before getting an answer. Thought I was not going to be able to check in.

The bed was way too soft, no support. My back hurt badly, which was not good for being on vacation. No duster around bottom of bed, unlike pics online. The chairs in the room were like dining room chairs - good to sit for an hour but uncomfortable afterwards. Furniture was cheap. When I arrived, there was no bedspread nor phone. Had to go downstairs to request as no one answered at the desk after several tries. "Telisha" (sic) did get those for me. Realized next morning there was no coffee maker. Lots of men were roaming around the parking lot in the evenings, which is a little concerning for single, older woman. Very, very disappointing stay. When I went to desk to cancel the 2nd night, which was right at 3:00, Jennifer would not give me a refund for that night. Absolutely terrible experience.

Property was complete clickbait: online photos were not matching rooms at all. Hotel is a complete dump and stole $150 out of our trip budget. Booked a king size bed room, received a nasty stained double for me and my girlfriend. Will not return.

I apologize for the misunderstanding on your booking. If you check your reservation you will see you booked a queen standard, which is what you received. We do not have double beds anywhere on property. This room was inspected prior to your check-in and though we are known for our cleanliness, we are an older property who is in the middle of a refresh update which is why we allow guests to view their rooms prior to check in. No basic hotel perks
I chose this hotel because it boasted a kitchen in the room. However the kitchen does not include dishes/utensils/ pots, or even a basic coffee maker! All the common areas smell strongly of marijuana, and cigarettes. I felt sick by the second night. The walls are thin so you can hear people walking above, and noises from the next room. There was hair stuck in our washcloths from the last guest who used it. I did not see in the advertised that this is an “extended stay” hotel. It felt more like a low income apartment building rather than a nice hotel. I would not recommend staying unless you plan to move in. There are no hotel perks.

I would recommend that nobody stay there. It was unorganized and poorly managed. I was suppose to stay there 7 days and left after 1 night. Unfortunately, I will have to pay for the full stay. I moved to another hotel which was cheaper but was much much more relaxing and professional.

The people that run this place were really rude and nasty. I wouldn’t recommend anybody especially of color stay at this place. They love to charge you for things that should already come with the room.

My wife and I want to stay at a nice clean quite that does not cost a lot. This meet all of that. Staff was nice and took care of our needs. There was always someone cleaning to keep the place nice. We will stay again.

We arrived after midnight and had to call for checkin. The manager arrived in about 10 minutes and had a sleepy child with her. It was clearly an inconvenience for her. She wasn’t rude, but certainly wasn’t friendly. The hotel hallways smelled of marijuana smoke. The room itself was clean, but very simple. No lamps, metal bed frames without a skirt, dripping faucets. We had 3 towels for 4 guests.I won’t go back.

First let me apologize for your experience with the hallways. I also wanted to take a moment to explain we are a budget friendly, simple stay model. We keep the furnishings very simple to allow lower cost. We also do not run with a 2- hour desk so the manager gets a call after 11 for late check-ins. This does sometimes mean the person on call is waking up from a dead sleep to come downstairs. Rudeness is never ok but perhaps she was just still partially asleep. However, I will address this with her. Again, I apologize for your issues.

Great place if you wanted to make some drug deals in the parking lot. Dog poop everywhere my dog didn’t even want to go near the dog area. The hallway smelled so bad I had to hold my breath walking to my room. The elevator had urine in the corners. We left early. I was highly disgusted in the whole experience. We were looking forward to spending sone time in Asheville but we cut it short. YUCK

Sheets and bedding stained all over including with dried blood. Mattress is one step better than a cot and there was no hot water in the morning. Other guests were smoking marijuana in vehicles in the parking lot and around the property. Beware.

I was traveling with friends to a wedding. When we arrived at 3:40 PM to check in and dress for the wedding, none of the rooms were cleaned. They allowed us to use a room that had been stripped but not cleaned to change for the wedding. Upon return at 10:45 PM, we were told that the key card lock on one of our rooms was broken and that the staff would have to let whoever stayed there in and we would need to use the slide lock to secure room from inside.

Very Dated. We had to wait 15 minutes for the receptionist to come down from somewhere to check us in. Place smells like weed. We had food left in our microwave. Water left in the tub. A sharps container was in the downstairs bathroom. We felt like we were staying in a meth lab!

Was a great week's stay. The room was clean and very spacious which was nice. Some mishandling with the initial billing of the week lead to some last minute additional charges. While understandable, frustrating.
