This unit features 2 king beds, a full kitchen, living room, and balcony. You\`ll fall in love with this new condominium and it will become your frequent place of lodging while in Asheville. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions). We recommend midsize or smaller vehicles only. This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the lobby and parking garage access codes; you will receive these upon booking confirmation. The elevator opens to the garage and lobby for convenient access from your vacation rental. We were able to walk to a lot of things we wanted to do. We also drove downtown and walked around as well which is a very short drive. The only issue is the codes that had to be entered when entering the parking garage, the elevator, the lobby, and the room. They were all different combinations. I understand the reason but it was challenging when loading and unloading the vehicle. Some reviews spoke of homeless people around the front we did not have this during our stay. Séjour de 4 nuits en août 2023 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Sara W. 7 août 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### Great Asheville Location Pros: this building feels pretty new and is located near just about anything a tourist would want -- restaurants, bars, shops, grocery stores, River Arts District, downtown and Biltmore Estate are all minutes away by car (or just blocks away by foot). The condo is clean and the 2bed/2ba layout is a plus. Kitchen is adequately stocked and many of the basics (TP, paper towels, laundry detergent) are provided. A/C works well and the small balcony is still big enough to enjoy in the evenings. The reserved garage parking spot is a great feature. Cons: the walls are a bit thin -- we could hear the much louder group in the next unit for several hours on Saturday night, not to mention the very loud bar patrons about 2 blocks away. Showers could use properly fitted holders for the handheld shower heads. And there was no cooking knife of any sort in the kitchen (which is probably due to a previous renter removing or damaging it; given how well stocked the kitchen otherwise is, we didn't think it was an oversight). All in all, would definitely stay again if we're ever back in Asheville. ##### Sara W. We enjoyed the fireworks from the balcony. The location was convenient, but did have some folks wandering around that you wouldn’t want your granny meeting on a dark street. Some of the fixtures didn’t light, but the natural light was magnificent. Now about the parking…don’t stay here if you have a full size truck…parking will be a headache.
