We wanted to experience Asheville and this was a prime location. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and the downtown. Local neighborhood was really cute as well… the bus station is across the street, but just around the corner are some local breweries and unique bars. Uber was easy to use from this location and we absolutely loved our clean and spacious condo. It was very safe and lots of security measures for each entry point. The unit was very spacious, extremely clean, and stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect —- an easy walk to restaurants, bars, breweries, and shopping in downtown Asheville. Room darkening shades in the bedrooms would help block out the morning sun and soundproofing the windows in the bedrooms would help reduce the noise from traffic on Asheland Avenue. Fun! The concert venue was within earshot but the music ended around 9 pm so it did not bother us. When we arrived we had a question for the management company, and they responded immediately. One of the many reasons we picked this place was due the 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom layout along with it being walking distance to pretty much anything downtown Asheville.
