The condo was very nicely decorated and clean. We were within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops, and a parking garage for the additional car we had with us. The Biltmore was an easy drive away. I had seen in the reviews that the condo is across from the bus station, which is true, but we found the buses were not running late into the evening and we were not bothered by any noise. As a bonus, our balcony looked out over the music venue across the street and we got to enjoy a live concert! Condo is a short drive to all the top attractions/areas in Asheville. A short but steep walk to downtown. We chose not to walk as proximity to bus depot (across the street) seemed to attract some vagrants later in afternoon/evening, and we were three ladies alone. Building itself has excellent security. We felt very safe in parking and unit. Would highly recommend overall. Communication with Brandon/property managers was prompt and helpful before and during stay. ##### Sharon P.
