Our most enjoyable B&B stay yet! Why? The couple who own it were exceptionally welcoming. One short block puts you in the center of everything. The property is over 100 years old. The creaking floor boards and stairs took us back to another time. The decor(ations) are impossible to walk by without stopping to look at. Especially the photos/posters. The price is excellent! Yes, our room was small but you can upgrade. We still had plenty of room. The owner is an accomplished chef and the restaurant on site is top quality. The cocktail hour is pleasant in the cozy living room areas. I would describe the property as more bohemian than elegant. Definitely shows it's age, but that's what gives it it's appeal! We're going back and I hope you will give it a try.
