And 15 minutes to Asheville, taking Business 19 to Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. It is beautifully decorated and Lisa provided every convenience we could have wanted (lots of linens, kitchen supplies, laundry facilities, etc). The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is spacious with lots of toiletries and the living space was perfect for chatting and enjoying meals. Our timing was perfect for gorgeous fall weather and foliage so our favorite spot was the large covered back deck. Everything was new - even the windows, The decor was light and charming, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was complete with all new stainless steel appliances and everything a guest would need. The hosts are extremely responsive. We had a problem with the TV the first night and they came over within an hour of receiving my text. I only wish that we could have had the time to enjoy the lovely covered back porch. The location is perfect - a cute residential neighborhood walking distance to shops and restaurants.
