This place is the best short rental we have ever stayed at. I am not exaggerating when I say that it’s the most well appointed property out there. They have thought of everything - smallest of kitchen things you may need, to the many pillows and blankets throughout the house, the many recommendation guides, and actual good books in the study. We made our own meals most days, had food and groceries delivered some days, and one evening had a private chef over. Even the chef was stunned at how the house really had everything they’d need!! Ours was a group of 10 - ages ranging from 18 months old to 76 years old- and it was perfect for everyone. It’s minutes from all the fun stuff in Asheville but still tucked away enough that you’ll see the most beautiful sunsets on the mountains and occasionally say hi to bears (who really just mind their own business) on your way to the house. We spent a lot of time on the deck and in that screened porch making memories as a family. It’s even close to the blue ridge parkway to hop on and take a scenic drive. We will be coming back. I highly recommend this place for a complete experience in NC. ##### Shweta R. Very close to downtown Asheville but far away enough to enjoy the quiet of the mountains and the beautiful sunsets. The house has everything you'd need and wonderful gathering spaces. Give it a 10/10\. We'll be back. While not an issue for us, some of you might care that there were some lagging wifi incidents. We saw that as a plus, actually.
