Just minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Bent Creek Trails, French Broad River, Lake Powhatan & the NC Arboretum. Plus only 9 miles from everything that downtown Asheville has to offer! Neighborhood highlights The Bent Creek neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and has direct access to hiking trails and the world class mountain biking of Pisgah National Forest. There is also a community park with a playground, basketball court, volleyball net, and a pump track. This home is just a 3 minute drive to: French Broad River access for tubing or kayaking, the North Carolina Arboretum, and the Blue Ridge Parkway with scenic mountain views, great hiking, and spectacular sunrises. The Asheville outlet mall is 5 minutes away, across the street from the nearest grocery store and gas station. Getting around Asheville is a very drivable city with minimal to moderate traffic. We were in town to see the Trolls at the NC Arboretum and enjoyed this lovely home with a great floor plan, nice amenities and well stocked.
