Tucked into a quiet hillside just 10 minutes from downtown, this peaceful retreat features a cozy living area, king bedroom, sunny patio, and private entrance. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, or digital nomads looking to relax or explore the mountains. FREE activities including Biltmore, Rock Wall, Zipline, Whitewater Rafting, Trampoline Park, Snow Tubing and Axe Throwing.  
  
You'll feel the stress melt away the moment you step into this calm, tree-shaded space. Guests love the sense of privacy, the quiet natural setting, and the cozy interior that invites rest and renewal. Whether you're catching up on your favorite show, sipping coffee on the patio, or returning from a day of breweries and mountain hikes, this space offers a gentle landing spot that feels both grounded and inspiring. It's a perfect place to recharge, connect, and make memories.  
This private 1BR/1BA suite is located on the lower level of a quiet home with no one living above. It features a comfortable king bed, full bath with essentials, and an inviting living area with a Sony Smart TV, Bose surround sound, and fast Wi-Fi. The suite includes a microwave, mini fridge, and Keurig for simple meals and drinks. Step outside to a private patio surrounded by trees, or settle in at the dedicated workspace for a productive remote work session. You'll have room for two cars, and full use of the apartment is yours during your stay.  
  
Located in a peaceful South Asheville neighborhood, you're just:  
10 minutes to downtown Asheville, Biltmore Estate, and River Arts District  
5 minutes to Biltmore Village and Mission Hospital  
20 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway and scenic mountain drives  
  
Miles of hiking and mountain bike trails are a short drive away. Explore the Blue Ridge Parkway with its stunning views and unique family oriented attractions. Pisgah National Forest is a favorite destination, and you will love the other national and state forests like Gorges National Park and DuPont State Forest that are an easy day trip from here.  
If you love restaurants, downtown Asheville is a prime destination. Some of our favorites include Sovereign Remedies, Posana and Bouchon, serving French comfort food. For some River Arts District eats, try the Bull & Beggar (reopened Jan 2025), All Souls Pizza, and more are open nearby—all ready for your next meal or date night. Please note: 12 Bones RAD remains closed and Smoky Park is currently pausing regular service.  
Breweries and bars abound. The River Arts District boasts New Belgium, set in a beautiful new building overlooking the French Broad River. Other favorites include Green Man downtown, Asheville Pizza and Brewing, and Sierra Nevada close by the airport. Most breweries offer tours where you can get some of the history and taste the offerings.  
  
Please note: The driveway is a little steep, and the residents next door share part of the drive. Please don't park on the right-hand side or block their access.
