This modern cabin is nestled into the valley, just minutes from Pisgah National Forest access (temporarily closed), where hiking and biking trails are plentiful. Downtown Asheville, the Blue Ridge Parkway and Warren Wilson College are within 15-20 minutes away. Get the best of both worlds with access to vibrant city attractions and the natural beauty that makes WNC so famous. This cabin is equipped with a wood stove, decks, and gorgeous mountain and pastoral views. There is a hot tub right off the bedroom where you can enjoy the beautiful mountain views and the unobstructed night sky. Located across from the cabins are raised bed gardens and chicken coop. We encourage our guests to visit there and enjoy fresh herbs, veggies and eggs for their stay. Our property also offers community firepits and a newly completed covered pavilion with couches and an outdoor fireplace. Guests are also welcome to explore our onsite trails. Please note that some of our hiking trails are temporarily closed. Wifi is provided, along with a smart TV for streaming. This area of Asheville has inconsistent cell phone service, so a phone with long distance service is provided for our guests. You will have access to your entire cabin with two decks and hot tub, along with the communal gardens, chicken coop, onsite hiking trails and covered pavilion with outdoor fireplace. There are fire pits and chairs to lounge by the creek. We are easily available by phone call, email or texts. We are also occasionally on site to care for the gardens and the chickens. The cabin is located in the gorgeous Shope Creek area of Asheville minutes from hiking and biking trails, but also just ten minutes to Whole Foods and other in town conveniences. There are seven additional cabins on the property, including six 650 sq foot cabins and a 2200 sq foot cabin that sleeps 4 up the hill overlooking the cabins below. The 2200 sq foot cabin is listed as "Firelight at Shope Creek Modern Cabin with Hot Tub" on Airbnb. This cabin along with Cabin #22 are what we call the Meadow cabins, where the cabins have two decks on either side and the surroundings feel open and spacious. All of the other two-person cabins (#40, 42, 44, 46, and 48) are the Woodland cabins. The Woodland cabins sit in a row facing the creek, pavilion, and community firepits. They feature one large deck and are nestled among trees.
