Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.   
  
Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

#### Cozy Stay in a Great Location

We've visited Asheville many times and wanted to explore more of the surrounding area. Orange Blossom gave us the perfect location (near great markets and everything downtown), and also close to some great mountain hikes. The house had more than enough space for us (4 adults), but might be tight if you occupied every bedroom.

#### Mini-reunion

There were 5 of us-my husband and I and our two adult daughters and a son-in-law met up for a mini-reunion. Orange Blossom Special was an ideal place to stay for us. Each bedroom having its own bathroom made getting ready each morning quick and easy, and the downstairs space with oversized couch and dining table made hanging out together watching hockey playoffs and playing games fun and comfortable! Wi-fi was strong, the little restaurant at the bottom of the hill (The Village Porch) had good food and great service, and the area was nice and quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is lovely, the location is convenient and enough out of the center of town to be very quiet. Everything was clean and tidy, and just as described. I couple of questions came up and the response by the property manager was immediate. A great visit and it is on my list for the next visit!

Awesome place! New, clean, comfortable for 7, great privacy for guests, and fun living room and fire to visit as a group. A short trip to town, Biltmore, and Grove Park. We had a great time at the house and in Ashville!

#### Great location, beautiful townhouse

We loved the quiet location and the surrounding area. So close to downtown, Grove Park, outlets. Very new townhouse perfectly furnished and so nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. It was so nice that each room had its own full bath. Loved it!

#### Wonderful Woodfin!!!

We came up to Asheville for a 3 night concert event. Woodfin was an easy and wonderful escape from the craziness of Asheville. Uber XL rides didn’t go over $20 or 20min as long as it was not prime time. The space is lovely. Very clean. Beds super comfortable and the ability for us all to have our own bathroom and space to ourselves was priceless. Yonder as a property management group I can’t say enough nice things about. Every person I came into contact with via text, email, or in person was unbelievably nice and hospitable. They accommodated us with an early checkin and gave some much needed wiggle room on the check out :). Maintenance could respond faster but when dealing with the internet just keep in mind all of these properties have names {once you’ve checked in you’ll figure out what I mean ;)}
