The lady's at the front are great and kept a friendly helpful meaner when another person was complaining about people smoking outside.(smoking isn't aloud in the rooms) room is clean and rub was clean. The rooms are small and parking spots are really small

I would like a refund or credit for two nights. My television didn’t work nor did the phone. The staff was very apologetic but the manager wasn’t there to assist me. Since I booked through Expedia I hope that you all will handle the situation. Thank you

For the most part it was quiet and clean. Our room ac unit was very loud and rattled when it was on. The comforter on the bed was starting to fall apart on the edges. The shower head in the bathroom kind of just dribbled when it was on. The staff was very nice though. Felt like we were safe. I just consider these are minor things that needed to be addressed.

It was close to the venue that we were going to.so were several other hotels. The hotel is old.popcorn ceilings, old drapes and carpeting. Uncomfortable bed,bathroom door doesn't lock.front desk closes at night. Room was average for cleanliness. No one cleans room each day or asks if anything is needed. We made do with the towels we had and the thin blanket on the bed.continental breakfast area was not well kept. Spills all over and never seen anyone restocking anything. Food is I'd say averagePros: parked right outside the room! And has an updated TV which was the best feature. I wouldn't stay here again.

My 3 night stay was so very pleasant because I felt safe and the staff was so very friendly . My room was located right next to the lobby, which I appreciated because of traveling alone . The scrambled eggs and sausage gravy provided a delicious and protein-packed start of the day . The hotel is 3 minutes from the big highway , making getting anywhere so easy and convenient .

I did not get my refund for the early check out like I was promised, the staff was rude, the conditions were poor, and there was dog poop all around the property. Only good thing was the wood. But would not return .

Hotel was average, to less than. The parking was very tight and we were driving a pickup truck. We were on the bottom floor and could hear all the noise on the 2nd level. Mattress NEEDS to be replaced. Springs were broken on the right side of the bed!

This property was great for an inexpensive option. We were placed in the end of the unit, which was packed with cars and customers. We needed to leave at 6 am, so the office was closed and there were no amenities.

We apologize for the water outage; The city had a water line bust and the water was shut off to all buildings in the area. the water break was in front of our driveway, and they did have to dig up a big area of our driveway to get to the break. we know this is frustrating, they worked fast and hard to have the situation fixed and the water back on as soon as possible. We had bottled water available for all guest in the lobby and bottled water available for breakfast. We hate that you didn't get a chance to enjoy our hotel to its fullest. We were in a handicapped room. The shower seat was worn out and unsafe to use. Also the bed side lamps and lampshades were worn out. One of them looked like somebody had deliberately punched it and made holes in the shade. It was dilapidated☻ When I went to the front desk to pay for another night the lady behind the counter was discussing her alcohol drinking habits and laughing about it with a friend that came in. I really thought that was very unprofessional and didn't care to hear this.
