Biltmore Avenue is a block away - it's truly the beating heart of downtown Asheville. And after a day of exploring, enjoy your private balcony and some cool mountain breezes! \*PLEASE NOTE\* Vehicles must not exceed 7,000 lbs- Large trucks, RVs, Vans, Trailers, or Boats are not permitted This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the Paxton Key app, which must be downloaded on your phone (Bluetooth capable) to access the parking lot and building. Your email address is REQUIRED for the Paxton Credential. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions). This unit is pet friendly. There are a lot of rentals on the 2nd floor and this ne is at the end of the corridor with the hill going down so you are not at street level that you are at the other end of the building. Apartment is huge with two en-suite double rooms. Perfect for 2 couples. The bathroom for the second bedroom has two doors and can also be used as the hall bath if needed. It was a great location- easy to walk to our favorite shops & restaurants. Spacious enough to not feel crowded together. Very important for independent older kids.
