The entire process was super simple and the accommodations comfortable and clean. There are lots of good food options nearby, but the full sized kitchen was useful as well. I was a little concerned about the trucks next door at New Belgium, but there were zero disturbances -- only birds chirping in the morning, which was a pleasant surprise! The River Greenway is great for long walks and the River Arts District (and coffee) is about a mile away. West Asheville and downtown are also convenient and provisions from Earth Fare a short drive across Patton / 26\. I would definitely recommend and stay again! ##### David S. Most of the time we stay at River Row Flats. Great location right across from New Belgium Brewery. We like to walk, and this spot puts us close to lots of great restaurants, breweries, shops. Plus, you are right next to the River Walk. The space is clean and bright. The beds are better than most places—of course, nothing is quite as nice as your own bed! Nice touches like local coffee and chocolates left for guests to enjoy. Nancy is awesome. She is always helpful and kind. We will continue to choose River Row Flats first for our visits. ##### Kim R. She was always just a text away. She communicated wonderfully with us during our one night stay and before our stay. She helped with a special request and talked with me a couple times during our one night stay. The apartment like room we had was elegantly decorated and so very cute. Be sure to get an appropriate floor if you can't do steps. The flat was in the riverside arts district (my title for it). They've taken an old factory district and turned it into artsy kind of area. Lots of pedestrians, joggers, and bikers. It was 5-15 mins. to shopping, restaurants galore, and there was beautiful scenery all around thanks to the river. We plan to stay again when we can visit longer in Asheville. Was just a hop, skip, and a jump from the Biltmore. Which if you haven't been there is definitely worth the visit. The sofa and bed are showing their age though, but not a deal breaker. A couple things to note: There is no assigned parking. I booked this property as a surprise birthday gift for my husband so we could tour the Moog Factory and IT WAS PERFECT! The description matched the room, but honestly the room was even better than described online. We appreciated the location too because we were literally 1-7 minutes away from anywhere we wanted to be, especially downtown which is ridiculously close. You can even walk along the river as an activity if you wish. Communication with the host was quick, simple and effective too. We cannot wait to come back! ##### Chenoa D. Loved the spaciousness and functionality of the room. Felt peaceful. We were on the third floor. We do not like to eat out all the time so having a kitchen was fantastic. Space is clean and well thought out. At first we were bummed about the noise coming from the brewery across the street but once in the room we could not hear any noise. The location was awesome for all the things we wanted to accomplish in Asheville and surrounding towns and Blue Ridge Parkway. If you do want to wash make sure you bring quarters or plan ahead with the manager to have her deliver quarters. All staff friendly and responsive.
