Very clean, had every thing we needed. The two bedrooms were very nice with big attached bathrooms. Location was great for walking to downtown. The only things that could be improved is the toaster only toasted 1 side of the bread, needs to be replaced, washing machine is very loud so can’t do laundry at night or early morning, and couldn’t find a clothes iron. We both had to work as well and we had plenty of space to both have work space. It was an easy, safe walk to restaurants, bars / breweries, coffee and shopping. The parking lot was great to have. And easy entry from car to the apartment. Just be sure to download the app and really read the instructions for check in. Walkable to all of Asheville downtown destinations, parking was easy. Unit was large enough so both couples had our own space but could hang out together. Ground level but never felt like a fishbowl bc it’s not on the main “drag”. Highly suggest cocktails next door at the Foundry to end the night. The location is perfect with a coffee shop just a few steps away, a short walk up to Wicked Weed, and in close proximity to the wonderful restaurants, museums, and other downtown Asheville attractions. The condo was very clean and well stocked. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the living room seating.
