This was concerning. The kitchen was expansive and had almost everything we needed and there was plenty of space for us and our dog. Unfortunately, when we arrived there were several bugs that we needed to kill throughout the space. All in all, it was decent. There's not much else in the area at this price point. The location is in a small strip mall with a few businesses but is quaint, nice outdoor space, safe and close to downtown. We loved how close we were to most of our favorite Asheville spots! The space was impeccably clean which is a must and has been hard to find with other rentals we have stayed in so this was a relief. My high anxiety dog was comfortable which is also a plus. Even though it’s close to a road you cannot hear the traffic noises. We had an issue with the WiFi being slow, however the owner was super responsive, friendly, caring and fixed the issue. There is a cute walking trail and park nearby and parking for our rental was easy and plenty of space. Check in was easy as well. We were in town for a family wedding. We had other family staying in the unit next to us and it was nice to just chill and visit on the deck. The accommodations were clean and had the essential items that were needed for our long weekend.
