Our first night, the loud stomping (which could have been normal walking if the building has no sound reduction built in) lasted until well after midnight causing a sleepless night for us. The second night wasn’t much better but thankfully ended by 11:45 pm. This is a very clean, modern and comfortable unit, but we would never stay here again based on the noise issues. ##### John E. Easy parking, able to walk to all of downtown Asheville and an easy drive to the highway. The condo itself was nice and clean and having a full size washer and dryer means we were able to pack less and wash things mid week.
