This is a residential complex; please be mindful of your neighbors There are two parking spaces included with the unit. The band stage was set up less than two blocks away. We had an unobstructed view of the fireworks from the 4th floor terrace. It’s a short uphill walk to all the breweries and restaurants, with an easy downhill stroll back “home”. We were close enough to downtown that the Tukit tour picked us up right outside the door.
