Location to Asheville and surroundings attractions was great. Although there was a home at the bottom of the hill that was a little loud late into the evening and early morning. I would rate the cleanliness of the property fair. Although we did come across mouse droppings and a roach. You are in the middle of the woods, so things such as that can be expected. The comfort of furniture was fair. The couch in the living room was a little uncomfortable, and the master bedroom bed was rather close to the ground, and soft.
