One of the most sought after locations for travelers as you are walking distance to restaurants, shops, YMCA and more! And, located just a 10 minute drive from downtown Asheville, near hiking, biking and kayaking, this will be the perfect home away from home for your time in the area! Upon entering the main level, you will be welcomed by an abundance of natural light and the open floor plan, including a fully equipped kitchen, large dining table and a living space featuring a gas fireplace with a beautiful stone surround. Everything is newly furnished and has a fresh clean feel to it for you to relax and enjoy your stay. There are 4 guest rooms, for everyone to have their own space, including a main level King Room with ensuite bathroom. The other 3 guest rooms are on the second level and all are outfitted with King beds, which are sure to provide a restful night. There is a little village at the bottom of the hill, but its kinda empty. It does have a great pub style restaurant that we ate at multiple times. We would definately book this villa again. Perfectly equipped kitchen for our holiday girls weekend visit. The community was beautiful and central to everything in Asheville we wanted to visit including the Biltmore and Riverwalk Arts District. Great restaurants within minutes. Quiet and so close to Asheville. The address is hard to find on GPS but instructions were provided. Just keep this in mind with trying to get food delivered or an Uber because the address won’t always pop up. Overall great stay! ##### Gabrielle A. We were there for a long weekend so did not eat in much but it had all that we needed. The beds are comfortable and it was nice for my wife and me to be downstairs while the young adults slept upstairs. The hot tub is a nice addition but the top is a bit weird. Don't expect a scenic view from this location, there isn't one. But, the other amenities make up for it. Location to downtown and the Biltmore were fine for us, just a short (10 - 12 minute) drive. I would definitely come back. The owner made it very simple to use and was prompt to respond to the one question I had. You can't go wrong with this property. ##### Bruce H.
