We were shocked and pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to this beautiful space. The large living room with fireplace was so comfortable. There were multiple areas to sit and chat with our friends or have a meal. It is surrounded by flood destruction. We had no idea we would be super secluded within the destruction. The listing says nothing and management said nothing. My family and I were looking forward to taking advantage of the Biltmore Village. The buildings are hardly there. Nothing. Nothing. Within walking distance is open. When I reached out to management they told me I should’ve known bc of the news coverage that Biltmore Village is basically gone. I was super offended by that. None of these affected our stay and it was mothers day weekend... no need to rush out maintenance... we could easily make it work... just an FYI and a suggestion for the next tennant.
