We kicked off our week long vacation with a few days in Asheville. The location of the apartment was perfect. We could walk to restaurants, shopping and were a stones throw to the July 4 festivities. Walking in, I really wanted to love it and give it a 5 star rating. Unfortunately either the upstairs neighbor stomps around in combat boots or the building has no provision for noise reduction. Our first night, the loud stomping (which could have been normal walking if the building has no sound reduction built in) lasted until well after midnight causing a sleepless night for us. The second night wasn’t much better but thankfully ended by 11:45 pm. This is a very clean, modern and comfortable unit, but we would never stay here again based on the noise issues. ##### John E. Séjour de 6 nuits en juillet 2021 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Anthony S. 21 juill. 2021 Points forts : Propreté #### Great location and property My wife, 2 kids and I stayed here for 6 days and the property was amazing. Easy parking, able to walk to all of downtown Asheville and an easy drive to the highway. The condo itself was nice and clean and having a full size washer and dryer means we were able to pack less and wash things mid week. I would gladly stay here again if I ever come back to Asheville. ##### Anthony S.
