It’s a place we would have seriously considered re-renting for future trips.Unfortunately, our experience was impacted by a safety concern. Within minutes of arriving, our young son fell and hit his head on the hardwood floor due to a loose rug that had no rug pad underneath. While the host responded with an apology, they insisted all rugs had pads, which wasn’t the case. That response felt a bit dismissive rather than reassuring.While the home remains in this condition, it’s a risk factor for anyone—especially children—which is particularly concerning given the listing describes the home as “Kid Friendly.” We wanted to share this so other families can make an informed decision. ##### Robbie H. I am very picky about rating a place that I stay and can without a doubt say that this one as good as any Vrbo I have stayed in. It was in a nice, safe neighborhood and as far as the house itself it was very clean and had everything we needed, the house looked like it had a professional decorator and total home was just updated to appear as if was just built. I needed help from the manager with something and it was taken care of immediately. This house was conveniently located approx 4 miles from Asheville and 4 miles from Biltmore estate, and 4 miles from blue ridge parkway. If there are any negative reviews on this home please disregard them because you cannot find fault with this home.
