Monika was very attentive to any of our needs. Each room has a comfortable queen bed and the bathroom is across from the two bedrooms. The space was great for two couples for the weekend. The location is close to downtown, we even had an outdoor seating area covered by the decking above us. I would stay there again. ##### Cicely A. We were visiting our son who attends Brevard College. This rental was about 2 minutes from campus. It was such a convenient place to stay. We were the 1st guests to stay in this quaint, cozy apartment. It is very clean and nicely decorated. The bedding is so comfortable! Monika responded quickly to all of my questions and followed up with me to ensure we had all that we needed.
