There were walls on our floor that had wires sticking out and were not covered up. Our smoke detector blinked all night that was annoying. This normally is one of our favorite places to stay in Asheville. This time was a little off or their high standards. Staff was really nice and friendly.

I was told my room on the second floor would be quiet but it was far from it. It directly overlooked the entrance where all the cars pull up so constant car noise and people talking. The location is handy right by tunnel road. Nice clean room and good toiletries. Nice breakfast. Good staff. The lobby smelled of disinfectant which was tough to take. Not fancy but a practical, convenient hotel.

James and the desk staff were excellent, as was the cleanliness of the accommodations. However, the water pressure in the shower was so-so. Also, it would have been nice to have enough towels for two.

Finding the hotel was somewhat of a chore and the parking lot is tight, but there's little that can be done about either. Otherwise everything else was top-notch. The owners could teach a college class about the proper way to run a hotel/motel as they have mastered it.

Great stay!
Quick trip, stayed one night.rooms are big, and well laid out with lots of storage. Staff extremely nice and accommodating Bed comfy, perfect breakfast Great location / restaurants close and a grocery across street The hardest part was finding the actual hotel driveway with GPS ! Not far from Harrahs for our destination

Clean enough for family
We stayed in 2 queen beds room for 2 nights with little kids. The room was clean, the receptionist was very friendly, and we could stay comfortable. Some small thing we noticed, they don't have shower hoses in their regular rooms which means it was not easy to give kids shower.
