The reservation is not confirmed until the booking has been paid for through their credit card processor. The host will cancel if payment is not received within 24 hours. There is a 3% processing fee for all credit cards.\* Two king bedroom, one bath condo on the 3rd level above the Chop Shop. Downtown is less than a mile away or a 2 min uber/Lyft ride to all of downtown restaurants and shops. There is one parking space for this rental located in the parking lot beside and behind the King James Building. This parking lot is shared with City Bakery and the Bone and Broth Restaurant so there are no assigned spaces. It was so close to everything and we really enjoyed our trip. We had an issue with the water pressure but the property manager was very responsive and fixed it promptly. If you have a ton of luggage you do have to haul it up the stairs but as long as you're ok with that, then check this place out! Great restaurant and coffee shop downstairs. ##### Erin S.
