Whoever came up with the design for this development truly thought through all the things you need for a great stay in Asheville - 4 king bedrooms each with a bathroom, comfortable and well-appointed common areas and a private hot tub. The property is located in a wonderful development only 12 minutes to Biltmore or downtown Asheville and a very easy drive. A large YMCA and restaurant are only minutes away. Rules say no noise after 10 PM and a large party occupied 5 units next to us that partied starting after 10 and late into the night. There was a strong febreeze smell that overpowered the unit. Bugs crawling all around. Big exposed gaping hole in the washroom wall where plumbing was located.
