This is an older hotel property, and has the layout you might expect. Not luxurious, but very clean and ideal for our purposes of exploring downtown Asheville for the weekend! Positives: central location; relatively quiet, room was basically clean. Negatives: the property is a mess, the pictures make the place look a lot nicer than it is; questionable characters hanging around; parking lot dirty and difficult to navigate; poor lighting; littered premises.
