This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is a spacious, open concept design with stylish finishes and fixtures throughout and exquisite attention to detail. Everything is brand new and sparkling clean. Large windows invite plenty of natural sunlight. Kitchen opens directly into living area; enjoy your meals at the kitchen bar or at at the dining area table (seats 4). Best of all -- walk out the front door of the building and you're in the heart of downtown Asheville and it's many award winning restaurants, tasting rooms, boutiques and galleries. You can go for days without using your car. If you get the urge to explore further afield, hop in your car - it's only a short five minute drive to the beautiful Biltmore Estate, Biltmore Village or Blue Ridge Mountain trails. The 45 Asheland Building is very secure with a keyless, coded exterior entrance and elevator to make your comings and goings safe and easy. There is one dedicated parking space for each condo in the garage; additional cars must park in one of the city's many downtown spots. Lots of codes to get into places, but definitely felt secure. - Super clean (with one caveat mentioned below) Not so great: - The only thing that needed a better cleaning was the refrigerator. - A bit noisy, but based on where it was, the noise did not bother us at all. - A bit bright - the master bedroom is bright at night from the great windows, so may need a sleeping mask if dark is important. - Could use more hangers. Such great closets, but only a few hangers to use. Overall, this place was exactly what we were looking for and would definitely stay again. ##### Hope D. In this instance the property owner wrote a detailed message with passcodes. This made it the easiest checking I've had with vrbo. The property owner responded instantly when I has a question or issue when I set off the firm alarm. The owner was incredibly polite and it was a perfect stay. That came from location, cleanliness of the spot and effective communication from the owner when needed. I will if able coke back to stay at this location. ##### Earle R.
