The condo is within two blocks of restaurants, live music, art galleries, and shops. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere. We recommend midsize or smaller vehicles only. This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the lobby and parking garage access codes; you will receive these upon booking confirmation. The elevator opens to the garage and lobby for convenient access from your vacation rental. However, the building is right across from a the bus station and the area is a bit sketchy if you’re walking alone at night. There was dedicated indoor parking which was very convenient. The management company was very responsive. The building was clean and quiet. The one downside was that the unit is located on the 5th floor and the elevator went out of service on the day we arrived. So that meant walking up and down 5 flights and we had an elderly relative! Over the three days we were there the elevator was not repaired. Hugely inconvenient. But beyond that we would certainly re omens this apartment. ##### Robert D. Sheets and towels were clean and good quality, furniture comfortable, and check in was super easy. The location is a block or too from many restaurants, we ate really well while we were there.
