It was clean, updated and safe. It wasn’t in the heart of downtown but within walking distance, and right above a delicious poke bowl restaurant! It was also close to the Biltmore. The directions were easy to follow and came before our stay. Be aware there are lots of codes, but I appreciated that given it’s across from a bus station. The location was as described: walking distance to downtown. However, the building is right across from a the bus station and the area is a bit sketchy if you’re walking alone at night. There was dedicated indoor parking which was very convenient. The management company was very responsive. The building was clean and quiet. The one downside was that the unit is located on the 5th floor and the elevator went out of service on the day we arrived. So that meant walking up and down 5 flights and we had an elderly relative!
