This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the lobby and parking garage access codes; you will receive these upon booking confirmation. The elevator opens to the garage and lobby for convenient access from your vacation rental. The unit is well located and is only a 7 to 10 minute walk from downtown. We enjoyed the balcony which has a great view of the mountains. The designated, secure, parking space is a real benefit. The bathroom has a large, walk-in shower and great large towels. The bedroom has outlets on each side of the bed, which is great for plugging in devices. The building is very quiet, and the hallway appears to have new paint and carpet. A security code, which is provided by the owners is needed for getting in the building and using the elevator. We like this level of security; it was not an annoyance. in addition to downtown Asheville, we went to the nearby, North Carolina Arboretum, and the UNC Asheville Arboretum. If baseball season had started while we were there, we probably would have gone to an Asheville Toutists game. We definitely plan to stay at this condo again. Next time we come to visit Asheville. This would have been fine for a pet. We enjoyed the condo. Everything was great. I cannot believe the amount of storage! We didn't do any real cooking but everything was there if we wanted to. Everything was comfortable and we were provided all we needed. The location of the condo was perfect. In just a few minutes we could walk to whatever location we wanted.
