We were able to check in early to put my toddler down for a nap which was really helpful and the property manager was communicative. Unfortunately, there were children who presumably live in the building running around for hours each day and the walls were quite thin so we could hear it all. It technically is close to downtown, but you half to walk across the highway to get there which wasn't ideal, as we were in Asheville to visit breweries... about a 20 minute walk to anything downtown.
