I would HIGHLY recommend you bring your own king size sheets - unless you like polyester sheets. And bring your pillow, they were absolutely horrible - like somone stuffed old socks and sweaters into a pillowcase. Also, the windows need repair, they are very heavy and do not stay open on their own. You can prop them open, but watch out for your fingers! The floors are VERY warped, but whatever, it's an old building. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean and the towels were fresh and clean - which was nice. Overall, not bad. This condo was centrally located and a short drive to all the spots we wanted to check out. The condo was on the third floor, there is not an elevator but the steps are wide (was worried they would be narrow trying to get our belongings upstairs). The only suggestion I could make is to have another mirror maybe on the bedroom door, two people trying to get ready at the same time is a little difficult when the only mirror in the place is in the bathroom. There are some restaurants close by. There are 3 grocery stores all about a ten minute walk from the condo. It is about a 15 minute walk to the downtown area. The parking is included and is in the lot right next to the building. There are stairs to get into the unit, which could be a challenge for some. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We used the kitchen daily to cook meals. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed the property. ##### Jeannie H.
