Boasting over 1,000 square feet, **the large covered porch** will give you a complete view of our private and lush 23-acre forested estate with beautiful mountain scenery. Take in the mountain fresh air while listening to the sounds of birds chirping and squirrels playing. Conveniently grill up your favorite dish right on the porch using your own **BBQ grill.** Lounge in our handcrafted Amish Adirondack gliders. This cabin is everything you want and need in a rental! The space is clean, beautifully decorated, great comfy furniture, well supplied kitchen and TONS of "extras" that you don't typically get in an rental! The landscaping is AMAZING and the wrap around porch is sooo nice! The beds are super comfortable! They supplied so many extras like trashbags, umbrellas, dishwasher tablets, salt and pepper, some first day snacks and so much more. We also got a sweet welcome note! They thought of everything...from makeup towels to bath towels that are super plush and soft! We took a walk around their property and fed the koi fish in the pond. Just a lovely, lovely area and place to stay!It is a quiet area but also very short drive to the Biltmore, downtown and the Art district. This cabin did not disappoint. The Sunflower was extremely clean and very comfortable. We were greeted by one of the brothers that own the place as we arrived and he gave us a tour to show us where everything was and answer any questions we had about the cabin. He also gave us suggestions for places to go in the area. Our group was very appreciative of the personal service. The owner was also great at communicating with us before, during, and after our stay. The cabin itself was in a great location and very close to Asheville without being too close. From the moment we arrived, Shane greeted us, made sure everything was in order and gave us an overview of the house and property. The appliances are new and work wonderfully. The owners have thought of everything from laundry pods to coffee. The beds are wonderful, linens are soft and cozy. The location was ideal. The pictures cannot fully capture the size of the interior space and the high-end finishes. I told my wife, "this is what I want if/when we build a place in the mountains." The common area is huge.
