Additional paid parking options: Parking Decks: Our preferred parking option! Both the City of Asheville and Buncombe County operate safe, reliable and inexpensive parking decks. The first hour is free , and the full-day rate is just $20, so feel free to leave your vehicle overnight. There are several parking decks within walking distance of 80 LEX; we’ll send all the details with your booking confirmation. On-Street Parking: There are more than 700 on-street metered parking spaces in downtown Asheville. All meters are for short-term parking (two hours or less, as marked), at a cost of $1.50 per hour (as of April 1st, 2017). On-street metered parking is free on holidays, Sundays, and every day after 6 pm.
